International Shipping

Otis & George offers international shipping to most countries. Just like our domestic shipping, international orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer. These fees may be collected upon delivery by the local customs authorities.

RETURNS & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

  3. Pack and Ship: After receiving return authorization, carefully pack the item(s) in their original condition and packaging. Include a copy of your order invoice in the package. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Processing, Exchanges and Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within [X] business days.
